DAILY CRIME REPORTS – September, 2017

THE FOLLOWING INCIDENTS ARE AN ACCOUNT OF CALLS AND CASES RESPONDED TO BY OFFICERS OF THE RIDGELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT. THESE CASES ARE CLOSED OR CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION. SEPTEMBER 24, 2017

  • 1:10 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and West Wilson Street.

  • 4:07 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 4:30 a.m. – Jasper County Deputies responded to a report of several gunshots being fired in the parking lot area of Club Pluto at 8812 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where club patron Devin Dwayne Swinton was found to be listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department.  He was ultimately placed under arrest by responding RPD Officers and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.  Swinton’s charge stemmed from an August 31st 2017 collision at the intersection of South Logan and Old Logan Streets where he fled the scene on foot after wrecking a silver Dodge Charger leaving behind a Glock 9mm handgun reported stolen by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office in July of 2016.

  • 8:24 a.m. – A suspicious discarded item was discovered on the business property of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Store at 11058 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 11:25 a.m. – A debit card was reported stolen from inside of a white Lincoln MTZ in the parking lot of the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive sometime after 10:00 p.m. September 23rd.  The card was later used at a local business to make a purchase prior to being cancelled.  Surveillance video is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges.

  • 2:24 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on McTeer Street.

  • 2:34 p.m. – An allegedly intoxicated white female was reported on West Main Street at the Sisters Ferry Road intersection.

  • 5:56 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on First Avenue.

  • 7:24 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Berkeley County Detention Center at 300 California Avenue in Moncks Corner, SC where inmate Bernard Alphonzo Larico Glover Jr. was turned over to their custody and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant.  Glover’s charges stemmed from a March 1st 2015 traffic stop on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker where he was arrested and charged with speeding, driving under suspension and unlawful lane change.  He was later found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on March 23rd 2015 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

  • 8:48 p.m. – A civil dispute regarding a night deposit was reported at the Regions Bank at 11004 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 9:06 p.m. – A silver Ford Taurus and a white Ford F150 pickup were involved in a collision at the intersection of West Main and North Green Streets where responding Officers discovered Kimberly Elizabeth Young, 30 of Ridgeland SC, to be listed as a wanted person by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office stemming from an outstanding 2011 Family Court bench warrant.  She was turned over to the custody of responding Deputies for transport to the Jasper County Detention Center as the driver of one of the vehicles involved was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2017

  • 12:20 a.m. – A gray Dodge Charger was stopped for speeding in a work zone on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker where driver Derial Darius McCrea was found to be operating under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license as well as having an infant seated unrestrained inside of the vehicle.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger.

  • 9:12 a.m. – An animal complaint was filed in reference to a stray dog roaming the area of Highway 462 at the Salzburg Landing Road intersection.

  • 9:28 a.m. – A gray tractor trailer was reportedly driving on a flat tire causing a possible fire hazard while traveling North on I-95 around the 16 mile marker.

  • 9:41 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported at the intersection of South Jacob Smart Boulevard and Smiths Crossing in reference to a red sedan.

  • 11:44 a.m. – A wallet was discovered lying discarded in the parking lot area at the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive.

  • 11:52 a.m. – A black male and a white female were reportedly causing a disturbance harassing employees at the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street.

  • 12:47 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker in reference to a red tractor trailer.

  • 2:46 p.m. – Officers assisted the Ridgeland Correctional Institution at 5 Correctional Road in reference to transporting Jacob Williams Jr., 72 of Holly Hill SC, to the Jasper County Detention Center following his arrest by prison officials under charges of introducing contraband, conspiracy to commit a crime, distribution of cocaine and trafficking cocaine.

  • 3:20 p.m. – A civil dispute between a male and a female regarding photographs being taken of the complainant was reported at a residence on Third Avenue.

  • 5:54 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 28 mile marker in reference to a blue Volkswagen Golf.

  • 7:57 p.m. – A suspicious black male and vehicle were reported in the Bees Creek Plantation Community.

  • 9:16 p.m. – A reckless driver in a silver Dodge Ram pickup was reported in the parking lot of the Waffle House Restaurant at 8185 East Main Street where responding Officers discovered driver Jose Benitez and passenger Brian Ramirez to be intoxicated inside of the restaurant.  Both subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to the registered owner.

SEPTEMBER 22, 2017

  • 4:23 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 9:31 a.m. – A Toyota Camry and a Honda Accord were involved in a collision on Bees Creek Road near the Graham Hall intersection.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:30 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Kingdom Touch Ministries Church at 6714 Tillman Road.

  • 1:00 p.m. – A theft was reported at the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street after a company audit revealed more than $2,000 missing over the course of three days in September.  Surveillance video is being reviewed for pending charges.

  • 2:55 p.m. – Anna B. Eady, 54 of Garnett SC, was placed on trespass notice for the business property of the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street at Management’s request.

  • 6:16 p.m. – Tony Curtis Murray Jr., 20, and Joshua Aaron Massie, 28, were both placed on trespass notice for the business property of J&M Towing at 159 South Green Street at Management’s request.

  • 7:37 p.m. – A gray Toyota was stopped for speeding at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and Captain Bill Road where driver Ashley Renee Wright, 18 of Ridgeland, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana.  She was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

  • 9:39 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a tractor trailer traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

  • 10:02 p.m. – A suspicious white female was reported at the intersection of Captain Bill and Preacher Roads.

SEPTEMBER 21, 2017

  • 1:34 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot of the Citgo Station at 401 Sycamore Drive.

  • 2:20 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker in reference to a dark colored tractor trailer.

  • 3:28 a.m. – An open door on an unoccupied room was discovered at the Travelodge Motel at 8216 East Main Street.

  • 8:01 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at Heron Crossing Apartments at 72 Heron Crossing Drive after an alleged unreported disturbance occurred on yesterday’s date.

  • 2:56 p.m. – A road rage incident was reported on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker in reference to a blue tractor trailer and a gold Saturn Vue.

  • 3:52 p.m. – A Toyota Camry and a Toyota Highlander were involved in a collision on I-95 South at the exit 21 interchange.  The driver of the Camry was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

  • 4:48 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street.

  • 5:45 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Kato Bay Road in reference to a gold GMC Yukon traveling North.

  • 6:37 p.m. – An animal complaint was filed regarding several turkeys by the roadway in front of the South State Bank at 10671 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 8:00 p.m. – A tractor trailer was reportedly operating without headlights traveling South on I-95 around the 17 mile marker.

  • 9:41 p.m. – A white male was reportedly shouting at customers and causing a disturbance at Schooners Bar & Grill at 10953 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 9:52 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on Oakridge South in the Oakridge Trailer Park Community stemming from unwanted telephone calls and texts.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2017

  • 3:16 a.m. – A property damage report was filed at Ridge Point Apartments at 669 North Green Street after the complainant’s white Dodge Ram pickup suffered a broken window from a fallen tree limb.

  • 6:35 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a small red passenger car traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

  • 8:14 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 456 Grays Highway.

  • 8:42 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a male tenant at The Palms Motel at 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard after a relative became concerned for his well being.

  • 8:58 a.m. – A civil dispute regarding an eviction process was filed at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 9:00 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at Sauls Funeral Home at 310 West Adams Street.

  • 9:55 a.m. – A white Jeep Patriot was reportedly broken into sometime during the overnight hours in the parking lot of the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive.

  • 11:58 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Chester County Detention Center at 2740 Dawson Drive in Chester SC where inmate James Pendrick was turned over to their custody in reference to an outstanding warrant and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.  Pendrick’s charges stemmed from a January 28th 2015 incident at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street where he was arrested after being found intoxicated on the business property. He was later found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on April 13th 2015 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

  • 1:40 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on West Main Street regarding unwanted text messages and Facebook posts.

  • 3:21 p.m. – A black and silver Mossberg shotgun was reportedly stolen from inside of a vehicle parked in front of a residence on Colony Drive in the Bees Creek Plantation Community.  The incident is believed to have occurred sometime during the recent Hurricane Irma evacuation.

  • 4:09 p.m. – A suspicious white male was reported in the parking lot of Advance America at 8120 East Main Street.

  • 4:27 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 25 mile marker in reference to a red Chevy SUV.

  • 5:53 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported at the intersection of Highway 462 and Old House Road in reference to a blue Honda Accord.

  • 6:45 p.m. – A theft was reported at Ridge Point Apartments at 669 North Green Street after the Property Manager discovered a damaged washing machine in the laundry room area with the coin box having been emptied.  Evidence collected at the scene has been submitted to the SLED Forensics Laboratory for suspect identification and pending charges.

  • 8:47 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported in the parking lot area of the Advance Auto Parts Store at 10545 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 8:58 p.m. – Jon Lamar Brantley, 55 of Ridgeland, was reportedly causing a disturbance at The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 9:45 p.m. – A white Chevy Silverado pickup was stopped for speeding in a work zone on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker where driver Jose Maria Ceron-Vargas was found to be operating under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license stemming from failure to pay traffic ticket violations.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as J&M Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 10:47 p.m. – A suspicious black Toyota Camry was reported at the intersection of Battery Pointe and Family Circle in the Fordville area.

  • 11:00 p.m. – A shoplifting was reported at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street after a black male was witnessed stealing several store items by concealing them in his clothing.  Surveillance video is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges.

  • 11:53 p.m. – A white Toyota Camry was stopped for speeding in a work zone on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker where driver Santiago Nazario-Alcantaro was found to be operating without a driver’s license.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger.

SEPTEMBER 19, 2017

  • 12:53 a.m. – A suspicious black Chevy Impala was reported in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street.

  • 1:51 a.m. – A breach of trust was reported at The Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after a male subject allegedly failed to return $100 entrusted to him by the complainant.  During the course of the investigation Ernest William Alex Sulkowski Jr., 31, was placed on trespass notice for the business property of The Plantation Inn at Management’s request.

  • 9:25 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community stemming from a call concerning the well being of children living in the home.

  • 10:44 a.m. – A theft was reported at the Burger King Restaurant at 8257 East Main Street stemming from a September 8th deposit that was found to be missing after allegedly having been taken to the South State Bank by an employee.  Surveillance video is being reviewed for pending charges.

  • 2:12 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community stemming from an incident between 2 males that occurred on yesterday’s date.

  • 4:57 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a white Chevy Tahoe.

  • 5:58 p.m. – A verbal dispute between two neighboring households was reported on First Avenue.

  • 8:00 p.m. – A complaint was filed at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road after a female customer began harassing an employee before leaving the business property prior to Law Enforcement arrival.

  • 9:08 p.m. – A property damage report was filed at Ridge Point Apartments at 669 North Green Street after the complainant found the driver’s side window of their burgundy Jeep SUV to have suffered damage by an unknown person during the overnight hours.

  • 9:26 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Grays Highway in reference to a white Toyota Avalon traveling West at the Live Oak Road intersection.

  • 11:14 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on South Logan Street in reference to unwanted text messages.

SEPTEMBER 18, 2017

  • 7:50 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 9:03 a.m. – A red Troy-Bilt push mower was reported stolen from a residence on East Woodlawn Street.  The incident is believed to have occurred sometime after September 7th.

  • 10:04 a.m. – A black GMC Yukon and a blue Chevy Silverado pickup were involved in a collision at the intersection of South Jacob Smart Boulevard and East Adams Street.  No injuries were reported.

  • 12:26 p.m. – Keith Brian Low ran from Officers attempting to serve a recently issued warrant against him after being spotted on West Adams Street near the South Green Street intersection.  He was later spotted in the same area at 4:03 p.m. where he again fled on foot but was shortly after captured inside of a thrift store at 589 South Green Street where he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.  Low’s charges stemmed from a September 2nd 2017 incident at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street where he was entrusted with a tenant’s bicycle and $50 cash in order to assist in the purchase of a moped at a nearby home.  He then failed to show up at the agreed upon time and never returned the bicycle or cash despite numerous attempts by the victim before contacting Law Enforcement which resulted in a warrant being issued for his arrest.  His charges were enhanced to a felony property crime due to numerous theft and burglary convictions appearing on his criminal record.

  • 12:52 p.m. – A cell phone was stolen from a table at the Subway Restaurant at 8234 East Main Street while the victim was ordering at the front counter area. Surveillance video is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges.

  • 2:37 p.m. – A female was reportedly attempting to drive her vehicle off of a lift as it was being loaded onto a tow truck in front of the Ridgeland Family Dentistry Office at 10832 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 3:27 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at Woodridge Apartments at 414 South Logan Street after an open line 911 call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

  • 3:41 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 27 mile marker in reference to a blue flatbed truck hauling plywood.

  • 4:48 p.m. – An 11 year old male juvenile was reported missing at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue after failing to arrive home from school.  He was soon after found on a school bus and returned without incident.

  • 5:17 p.m. – A fallen tree limb struck the front windshield of a black Toyota Camry in the parking lot of the Jasper County Magistrate’s Office at 967 West Adams Street.  No injuries were reported.

  • 6:42 p.m. – A suspicious female possibly involved in a recent motor vehicle theft in the Fordville area was reported inside of a rented room at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street.

  • 7:46 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community stemming from an ongoing and previously unreported dispute between two adult males.  Officers were dispatched a second time at 8:41 p.m. and a third time at 10:38 p.m. in reference to a complaint of unwanted text messages between the two Mothers of the males involved.

  • 9:23 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street after a 911 hang up call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

  • 11:22 p.m. – A wallet containing several pieces of identification was found lying in the roadway in front of a residence on West Main Street.  The items were collected and turned over to Law Enforcement for return to the rightful owner.

SEPTEMBER 17, 2017

  • 3:02 a.m. – A gray Hyundai Elantra and a white Dodge 3500 pickup towing a Gulfstream camper were involved in a collision on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker.  No injuries were reported.

  • 4:54 a.m. – A suspicious white van was reported in the parking lot of the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 6:42 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 11:14 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed on Hagin Drive in reference to an activated alarm at a neighboring residence.

  • 11:37 a.m. – A black female was reportedly shouting at customers and employees at the EZ Stop IV Station at 80 Blue Heron Drive.

  • 1:20 p.m. – A Jeep Grand Cherokee was struck by an unknown vehicle which then left the area without reporting the collision in the parking lot of the Wendy’s Restaurant at 8480 Grahamville Road.  No injuries were reported.

  • 1:42 p.m. – A verbal dispute between two males regarding a moped was reported at Turpin Park at 901 North Logan Street.

  • 3:14 p.m. – A suspicious white female was reported outside of a business on West Main Street.

  • 3:36 p.m. – A civil dispute regarding a child custody exchange was reported at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 5:40 p.m. – A dispute regarding eviction was reported at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.  A second complaint was received at 6:05 p.m.

  • 6:28 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 34 mile marker in reference to a white GMC SUV.

  • 8:36 p.m. – A suspicious white Chevy Impala was reported on Fifth Avenue.

  • 8:40 p.m. – A parking dispute was reported at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

  • 9:00 p.m. – A white iPhone 6 was reportedly stolen from inside of a gray Ford Fusion parked outside of the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store at 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

SEPTEMBER 16, 2017

  • 7:19 a.m. – An animal complaint was received regarding a large dog outside of a West Main Street business.

  • 7:29 a.m. – A domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at The Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 8:21 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed at a residence on Hagin Drive stemming from a constant beeping noise coming from an unknown source.

  • 2:24 p.m. – A passport was reported missing from a residence on First Avenue. The incident is believed to have occurred on September 15th sometime during normal working hours.

  • 3:02 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Live Oak Farm Road.

  • 4:11 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a dark blue van.

  • 5:05 p.m. – Three males were reportedly fighting in the parking lot of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street.

  • 5:36 p.m. – A civil complaint regarding a child custody exchange was reported at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 7:27 p.m. – An animal complaint was filed in reference to a brown and white dog possibly being left abandoned chained to a fence in a public commons area of the Bees Creek Plantation Community.  Responding Officers discovered the animal with a chain around it’s neck which was removed without incident.  The dog was then transported to the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission at 1352 Carters Mill Road.
  • 8:47 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker in reference to a white Toyota Camry.

  • 9:59 p.m. – A complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to a group of individuals smoking marijuana and playing loud music in the parking lot area.  A second complaint was received at 10:29 p.m.

  • 10:53 p.m. – A noise complaint regarding a neighboring home was filed at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

SEPTEMBER 15, 2017

  • 7:27 a.m. – Isaac Del Cruz Vigil, 45 of Ridgeland, fled from Jasper County Deputies attempting a traffic stop on Highway 462 in reference to a recently issued domestic violence 3rd warrant issued against him stemming from an incident at a residence on Glover Plantation Road just before 11 p.m. on September 14th.  The pursuit continued West on 462 ultimately leading to the I-95 interchange at exit 28 where he merged onto the Southbound lanes in a burgundy Chevy Tahoe.  Ridgeland Officers soon after spotted the vehicle passing the 22 mile marker at which point they joined in the pursuit following the vehicle into Hardeeville where HPD Officers took over.  The pursuit soon after ended in Georgia at the Highway 21 interchange after Georgia Highway Patrol Officers executed a pursuit intervention technique disabling the vehicle.  Vigil was then taken into custody and transported to the Chatham County Detention Center pending extradition back to South Carolina.

  • 8:08 a.m. – A burglary was reported at the Family Dollar Store at 73 South Green Street after employees arriving for work discovered a shattered door window.  A review of surveillance video revealed a white male forcing entry into the store at approximately 4:37 a.m. and stealing several items before fleeing the area on foot.  If you have any information on the identity of the suspect pictured below please contact Sgt.   • 8:53 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 31 mile marker in reference to a tractor trailer.

  • 11:34 a.m. – A white Nissan Altima was involved in a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Third Avenue and Grays Highway after the driver lost control and left the roadway striking a row of bushes.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:58 a.m. – Officers responded to the Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street after a complaint was received of a stolen EBT card being used at that location.  A review of surveillance footage revealed three black males, one of whom was immediately identified as Jerrod Lamar Spann, using the card on two separate occasions on September 14th to make over $300 in purchases.  Spann was later spotted at 4:17 p.m. at the Ralph Tuten Memorial Park beside the Burger King Restaurant at 8257 East Main Street where he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.   If you have any information on the identity of the suspects pictured below please contact Sgt.   • 1:46 p.m. – A Chevy Colorado pickup was stopped for speeding and following too closely on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker where driver Matthew James Osgood was found to be in possession of an open bottle of liquor.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Hook Ups Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 2:34 p.m. – A blue Freightliner tractor trailer was involved in a single vehicle collision on I-95 North around the 22 mile marker after the driver lost control and left the side of the roadway striking the center median guard cables.  No injuries were reported.

  • 5:01 p.m. – A Ford Focus was struck by a green pickup which then fled the area on I-95 South around the 20 mile marker.  No injuries were reported.

  • 6:43 p.m. – Two suspicious vehicles were reported in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road.

  • 8:11 p.m. – A civil complaint was filed at the Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a former tenant’s vehicle being left on the business property.

  • 9:03 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of an ongoing problem with a black male causing several disturbances over the last few nights at the Waffle House Restaurant at 8185 East Main Street where Talid Rashee Drake, 37 of Ridgeland, was placed on trespass notice for the business property at Management’s request.

  • 10:49 p.m. – A suspicious black male was reported in the parking lot area of The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

SEPTEMBER 14, 2017

  • 12:41 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a 43 year old male tenant with a history of mental health issues at The Palms Motel at 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard after a 911 call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services. He was ultimately voluntarily transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

  • 1:09 a.m. – A suspicious blue Saturn Ion was reported at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and East Main Street.

  • 1:32 a.m. – A suspicious male and female were reported behind the Subway Restaurant at 8234 East Main Street.

  • 3:09 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 9 mile marker in reference to a white pickup.

  • 10:05 a.m. – A suspicious black Lexus ES350 was reported parked by a barricade near the Blue Heron Nature Center at the Bailey Lane intersection. Responding Officers discovered driver Jose Gabriel Cardenas to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and MDMA, (Ecstasy), at which point he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to the registered owner.

  • 11:33 a.m. – Several prescription pills were reported missing from a residence on Third Avenue.

  • 3:47 p.m. – A complaint was filed by a Charleston SC resident regarding a letter from the SCDMV notifying her that her South Carolina driver’s license was scheduled to be placed under suspension for an unpaid speeding ticket issued by the Ridgeland Police Department during a July 8th 2017 traffic stop. The complainant alleged that she was not the recipient of the citation and that someone had fraudulently used her name and date of birth.  A review of dash and body cam footage revealed the complainant’s daughter Tanaisha Davon Johnson, 29 of North Charleston SC, to be the person involved at which point warrant affidavits were filed against her under the charges of speeding, no driver’s license in possession & providing false information to Law Enforcement. Further information revealed her to already be listed as a wanted person by the North Charleston Police Department.

  • 4:16 p.m. – An animal complaint was filed on First Avenue in reference to a stray dog wandering the area.

  • 5:02 p.m. – A Hispanic male was reportedly igniting fireworks and throwing them from a white Chevy Express van traveling South on I-95 around the 21 mile marker.

  • 5:54 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a black Audi S5 traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

  • 7:55 p.m. – Antonio Durell-Ray Watson turned himself in to Officers at the Ridgeland Police Department at 11323 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to an outstanding warrant where he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.  His charges stemmed from an August 11th 2017 incident at the intersection of Bees Creek Road and the I-95 Northbound exit 18 off ramp where he fled from a driver safety checkpoint ultimately crashing the Mercury Sable wagon he was operating at the intersection of Bees Creek and Scarlet Ibis Roads.  He then exited and continued fleeing the area on foot leaving behind a quantity of marijuana resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

  • 8:22 p.m. – A road rage incident was reported on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker in reference to a Toyota Corolla and a tractor trailer.

  • 9:10 p.m. – A suspicious black male was reported outside of a residence on South Logan Street. 

  • 9:30 p.m. – Officers responded to the Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a male tenant’s vehicle tires being cut by an unknown person.  Upon arrival Officers were advised by Management that they have had numerous complaints and ongoing problems with the tenant and requested that he be banned from the property.  Joey Lee Stone, 43 of Yemassee SC, was placed on trespass notice for the business property of the Plantation Inn without incident.

SEPTEMBER 13, 2017

  • 12:09 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Kingdom Touch Ministries Church at 6714 Tillman Road.

  • 4:28 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a green Chevy and a gray Honda parked on the side of the roadway on I-95 South around the 18 mile marker.

  • 10:30 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in service of an outstanding warrant against inmate Marie Christine Powell following her arrest by Jasper County Deputies serving two outstanding felony and one Magistrate failure to appear warrants.  Powell’s charges with RPD stemmed from an August 29th 2015 report filed by a Varnville resident after several suspicious debit card transactions from various Ridgeland businesses appeared on their bank statement over the course of three days.   Surveillance video and paperwork collected ultimately led to Powell and co-defendant Henry Shawn Spann, 36 of Ridgeland, being the persons responsible at which point warrants were issued for their arrest. Powell received an additional charge after additional information was obtained by Investigators showing her to have used a second debit card which had been reported stolen by a Beaufort resident on August 27th 2015. Spann was ultimately captured following a brief foot pursuit on East Adams Street on September 28th 2015 and Powell after turning herself in on October 4th 2015. Both were later found guilty of all charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on October 26th and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which Powell failed to comply with resulting in a bench warrant being issued for her arrest.

  • 5:12 p.m. – A property damage complaint was filed at the Jasper County Mental Health Office at 1510 Grays Highway in reference to a green Ford Taurus having suffered a broken window from a passing tropical storm.

  • 5:43 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Morris Center for Lowcountry Heritage at 10782 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 11:22 p.m. – A black male was reportedly attempting to sell illegal narcotics in the area of James Taylor Drive as well as The Palms Motel at 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 11:37 p.m. – A suspicious red and black pickup was reported in the parking lot of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street.

  • 6:22 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Grayco Home Building Supply Center at 119 Industrial Park Road.

  • 6:43 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to an activated alarm at the Old South Exterminators Office at 1892 Malphrus Road.

  • 8:08 a.m. – A suspicious black male was reported at the Waffle House Restaurant at 8185 East Main Street.

  • 9:23 a.m. – An animal complaint was filed at the intersection of First Avenue and Russell Street in reference to a large brown dog wandering the area.

  • 11:05 a.m. – A laptop computer was reportedly stolen from a Red Cross Volunteer’s belongings while working at the Ridgeland School at 250 Jaguar Trail during the Hurricane Irma evacuation.

  • 1:16 p.m. – A Honda Pilot and two Jeep Patriots were involved in a collision at the intersection of Smith’s Crossing and Rock Street.  No injuries were reported.

  • 1:19 p.m. – A gray Hyundai Sonata was stopped at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and North Green Street after disregarding a posted traffic barrier prohibiting travel due to flooding.  Driver Matthew Harold Olson was ultimately arrested and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center after being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana as J&M Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 2:07 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community in reference to a white Hyundai Sonata.

  • 3:32 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Medical Center at 1520 Grays Highway.

  • 5:51 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the DaVita Dialysis Center at 112 Weathersbee Street.  A second activation occurred at 6:55 p.m.

  • 6:12 p.m. – An animal complaint was filed in reference to a young bulldog reportedly left tied to a post outside of the Fiddlers Seafood Restaurant at 7738 West Main Street.

  • 6:42 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at a residence on Third Avenue regarding low flying airplanes.

  • 6:50 p.m. – A Springfield Armory 9mm handgun and a black Samsung S7 smartphone were reported stolen from inside of a vehicle parked outside of a residence on Colony Drive in the Bees Creek Plantation Community.  The theft is believed to have occurred sometime after September 10th.

  • 7:12 p.m. – A silver Ford Focus was stopped for speeding at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and West Wilson Street where driver Ibrahim Abulrahnman Alkenani was found to be operating without a driver’s license.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Webster’s Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 7:28 p.m. – A suspicious male was reported at the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 8:52 p.m. – A gray Pontiac Grand Prix was stopped in front of the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after disregarding a posted stop sign at the Nuna Rock Road intersection where driver Christian Jaid Hernandez-Pineda was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana as well as operating without a driver’s license.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Elite Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 8:54 p.m. – A pedestrian was reportedly walking in the roadway on Highway 462 just East of the Old House Road intersection.

  • 9:35 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at a residence on Fifth Avenue in reference to a barking dog outside of a neighboring home.

  • 2:04 a.m. – A white Chrysler 200 was involved in a single vehicle collision after the driver lost control while exiting I-95 at the 21 mile marker interchange and crossed over East Main Street striking a roadside drainage ditch.  No injuries were reported.

  • 3:46 a.m. – A wallet was stolen from inside of a blue Chevy Silverado pickup left unlocked outside of a residence on Second Avenue.

  • 5:20 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the DaVita Dialysis Center at 112 Weathersbee Street.  Additional activations occurred at 6:41 a.m., 7:43 a.m., 8:10 a.m. and 8:25 a.m.

  • 8:25 a.m. – Officers discovered an unoccupied white Ford Explorer at the intersection of Tillman and Tarboro Roads after the driver attempted to drive underneath a fallen tree without sufficient height clearance.

  • 8:57 a.m. – A suspicious person was reported outside of the Bank of Walterboro at 8058 East Main Street.

  • 11:02 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Unique Impressions Beauty Salon at 7716 West Main Street.

  • 11:53 a.m. – A black Hyundai Elantra was abandoned on East Main Street underneath the I-95 Northbound overpass after the operator attempted to drive through a flooded area of roadway.

  • 12:35 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Grays Highway in reference to a gray passenger car traveling East.

  • 6:17 p.m. – A 58 year old male was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville from the parking lot of the Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after complaining of chest pains.

  • 7:41 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 28 mile marker in reference to a white Ford F150 pickup.

  • 9:32 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where a 63 year old male was found deceased having suffered an apparent cardiac arrest.

  • 3:31 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a 75 year old white male at the Waffle House Restaurant at 8185 East Main Street after concerns arose that his blood sugar may be off balance.  He was ultimately transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

  • 7:01 a.m. – A reckless driver complaint was filed in reference to passing motorists traveling North on Highway 17 at the North Green Street intersection.

  • 7:34 a.m. – A burgundy Toyota Camry and a black Kia Sportage were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker.  No injuries were reported.

  • 8:18 a.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 8:57 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 456 Grays Highway.

  • 9:38 a.m. – A forgery report was filed by a Charlotte NC based business after a company check was fraudulently cashed by a white male subject at the Ridgeland South State Bank at 10671 South Jacob Smart Boulevard on July 17th.  Surveillance video is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges.

  • 9:48 a.m. – A female pedestrian with two children was reportedly walking South on I-95 around the 21 mile marker.

  • 10:13 a.m. – A GMC Yukon and a Volkswagen Jetta were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:21 a.m. – A Chevy Malibu and a GMC Sierra were involved in a collision at the intersection of South Green and West Adams Streets.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:48 a.m. – A green 2000 Honda Civic was turned over to J&M Towing for removal from the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and East Main Street after being left abandoned in a parking space for the last two weeks.

  • 12:15 p.m. – A Peterbilt tractor trailer carrying bread was involved in a single vehicle collision on I-95 South around the 19 mile marker after the driver lost control and overturned in the center median.  No injuries were reported.
  • 2:37 p.m. – A Monarch motor home, a BMW X5, a Suzuki XL7 and a Volkswagen Jetta were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker.  No injuries were reported.

  • 2:53 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 16 mile marker in reference to a silver Cadillac CTS passing on the shoulder and median.  Officers soon after spotted the vehicle stopped in the center median at the 17 mile marker where they discovered Kenneth Michael Hellweg passed out behind the wheel with an open bottle of liquor in his possession.  Further information revealed him to be operating under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license as well as being suspected of causing a hit and run collision on I-95 North in Hardeeville moments prior.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as A-1 Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 5:48 p.m. – A travel Visa was reported missing from a home on First Avenue. The incident is said to have occurred on yesterday’s date.

  • 7:49 p.m. – A red Chevy 1500 pickup was stopped for several moving violations on Highway 17 Southbound at the I-95 exit 18 interchange where driver John Franklin Mims was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol with a previous 2013 DUAC conviction appearing on his driving record as well as having an open bottle of whiskey in his possession.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Hook Ups Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 1:25 a.m. – A gray Honda CRV fled from Officers attempting to conduct a traffic stop for a speeding violation on South Jacob Smart Boulevard at the Mango Drive intersection initiating a pursuit that ultimately ended on Apple Blossom Lane in the Mitchellville Community where a black male exited the driver’s seat and continued running on foot into a wooded area.  A check of the vehicle information revealed it to be listed as stolen by the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.  Several pieces of evidence recovered from inside were turned over to Beaufort County Detectives for analysis and suspect identification as Elite Towing took possession of the vehicle.

  • 3:15 a.m. – A tan Chevy Trailblazer reportedly taken from a residence without permission by a 14 year old black male juvenile at 2:31 a.m. was spotted by Ridgeland Officers on North Jacob Smart Boulevard resulting in a short pursuit traveling East on Wilson Street to James Taylor Drive and ultimately ending in the parking lot of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street.  The driver was taken into custody without further incident and turned over to responding Sheriff’s Deputies for transport to the Department of Juvenile Justice Detention Facility in Columbia under charges of incorrigible juvenile and use of a motor vehicle without permission.

  • 6:10 a.m. – A property damage complaint was filed by a tenant at the Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after discovering a punctured tire on their vehicle.

  • 8:47 a.m. – A complaint was received of a black male urinating in the parking lot area of the Carquest Auto Parts Store at 11059 North Jacob Smart Boulevard where responding Officers found suspect Clarence Parker to be grossly intoxicated.  He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

  • 9:47 a.m. – A gold Honda Accord fled from South Carolina Highway Patrol Officers conducting a driver safety checkpoint on Snake Road initiating a pursuit to Highway 170 and then Argent Boulevard reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph. Responding Hardeeville Officers assisted as the suspect vehicle turned West on Highway 278 and then merged onto I-95 North at the exit 8 interchange. The pursuit continued North until the 18 mile marker where the driver exited the interstate and merged onto Highway 17 into Ridgeland where he continued traveling North to Frontage Road until ultimately crashing the vehicle into a roadside drainage ditch at the Rice Shire Road intersection.  The driver then exited and continued running on foot for a short distance before being captured by pursuing Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies.  James McArthur Orr was transported to the Jasper County Detention Center under charges of reckless driving, operating uninsured, no driver’s license, driving under suspension, failure to stop for blue lights and an outstanding Family Court bench warrant as well as an outstanding first degree burglary warrant issued by the Ridgeland Police Department.  Those charges stemmed from a May 3rd 213 burglary at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community where a screwdriver used to break into the victim’s bedroom recently returned with a positive DNA match to Orr.

  • 2:03 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 27 mile marker in reference to a tractor trailer.

  • 2:42 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker in reference to a black Nissan passenger car.

  • 3:40 p.m. – A white male was reportedly threatening customers and employees at the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store at 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard. Responding Officers placed Jon Lamar Brantley, 55 of Ridgeland, on trespass notice for the business property at Management’s request. 

SEPTEMBER 3, 2017

  • 1:07 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker in reference to a white Ford SUV towing a trailer.

  • 2:00 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed on Oakridge South in the Oakridge Trailer Park Community in reference to loud music coming from a neighboring home.

  • 2:53 a.m. – A red Chevy Silverado was stopped for an operating without taillights violation at the intersection of Bees Creek and Rice Shire Roads where driver Adrian Galvan Amante, 21 of Gainesville GA, was found to be operating under the influence of alcohol. He was ultimately arrested by assisting South Carolina Highway Patrol Officers and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center under a charge of driving under the influence.

  • 4:18 a.m. – A 76 year old male with a medical history was reported missing from a West Adams Street residence after failing to arrive at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville where a relative was being transported by EMS.  He was ultimately located in Rincon GA without incident at 6:39 a.m.

  • 5:53 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Short Stop BP Station at 10728 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 7:27 a.m. – A suspicious male was reported outside of a residence on Oakridge South in the Oakridge Trailer Park Community.

  • 9:16 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of a fight between two male inmates at the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard where Leonard Randall Jones was ultimately charged with the incident.  He has been housed at the facility since his July 3rd arrest during a domestic dispute at Woodridge Apartments.

  • 11:41 a.m. – A group of suspicious males was reported in the parking lot area at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

  • 12:51 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a 30 year old female tenant at the Ridgeland Weekly Rentals at 67 West Woodlawn Street.  Information gathered at the scene revealed her to have recently vacated that location.

  • 12:54 p.m. – A white male was reportedly causing a disturbance with customers and employees at the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store at 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 3:35 p.m. – Two Enterprise rental trucks were reportedly impeding traffic flow on I-95 North around the 9 mile marker.

  • 5:45 p.m. – A civil dispute regarding a child custody exchange was reported at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 10:31 p.m. – A blue Ford Edge and a gray Honda Civic were involved in a collision in the drive thru area of the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road.

  • 10:35 p.m. – A customer vehicle tag was reported missing from the Ridgeland Tire & Auto Service Center at 11263 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

SEPTEMBER 2, 2017

  • 2:36 a.m. – A suspicious dark colored SUV was reported at the I-95 Northbound truck parking area at the 17 mile marker.

  • 4:25 a.m. – A complaint was received regarding a black male sleeping on a bench in front of the EZ Stop IV Station at 80 Blue Heron Drive.

  • 12:22 p.m. – A suspicious black Chevy Impala was reported on Bees Creek Road traveling South from the Rice Shire Road intersection.

  • 1:56 p.m. – A theft was reported at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street after the complainant’s bicycle and an undisclosed amount of cash were discovered missing.

  • 3:34 p.m. – A civil dispute regarding a child custody exchange was reported at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

  • 6:48 p.m. – A welfare check was requested on a female tenant at the Ridgeland Weekly Rentals at 67 West Woodlawn Street.

  • 8:04 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a blue Ford Explorer traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

  • 8:42 p.m. – An intoxicated subject inside of a Buick LeSabre was reported in the parking lot area of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2017

  • 9:46 a.m. – A Ford Mustang and a Dodge Ram pickup were involved in a collision on East Main Street.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:25 a.m. – A gray Mercedes C230 was involved in a single vehicle collision on Highway 462 by the Murad Road intersection after the driver lost control and overturned the vehicle becoming trapped inside.  No injuries were reported.

  • 11:34 a.m. – A complaint of illegal drug use was reported at the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive in reference to items discovered inside of a recently vacated room.

  • 11:39 a.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at the Badcock Furniture Store at 10213 South Jacob Smart Boulevard stemming from unwanted text messages.

  • 1:03 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies responding to a fight in the middle of the roadway at the intersection of Great Swamp and Gensie Shuman Roads where Christopher Lamont Wright, 32 of Ridgeland, and Rafael Demetrius Mack, 29 of Ridgeland, were both arrested and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center with Wright under a charge of simple possession of marijuana and Mack under two outstanding felony failure to appear warrants issued by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office.  Those charges stemmed from a November 23rd 2016 incident in the parking lot of the Exxon Station at 8310 East Main Street where he was charged with possession of crack cocaine following his arrest for an outstanding warrant with the Georgia Department of Probation & Parole for a previous burglary conviction.

  • 2:20 p.m. – An assault was reported between two male inmates at the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 3:39 p.m. – An animal complaint was filed at a residence on Dolphin Drive in reference to stray dogs roaming the property.

  • 3:49 p.m. – Ridgeland K9 Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies and US Marshals at a residence on East Wilson Street in service of three outstanding attempted murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime warrants where Brenton Ernest Walker, 25 of Ridgeland, and Derrick Marquell Edwards, 24 of Ridgeland, were both arrested and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center stemming from an August 30th shooting incident outside of a residence in the Mitchellville Community.  Daniell Antwan Levard Edwards, 29 of Ridgeland, remains at large.

  • 5:50 p.m. – A red Ford Edge was involved in a single vehicle collision on I-95 North around the 22 mile marker after driver lost control and struck the center median guard wires.  No injuries were reported.

  • 7:17 p.m. – A suspicious white male was reported outside of the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

  • 9:47 p.m. – Elouise Anderson was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center after striking a male and a female during a confrontation in the parking lot area of Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street.
