DAILY CRIME REPORTS – April, 2016

THE FOLLOWING INCIDENTS ARE AN ACCOUNT OF CALLS AND CASES RESPONDED TO BY OFFICERS OF THE RIDGELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT. THESE CASES ARE CLOSED OR CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION. APRIL 30, 2016

12:47 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of the KFC Restaurant at 8196 East Main Street where Davonte Quentin Freeman, 23 of Ridgeland SC, was found to be unresponsive having suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. Responding Medical Personnel airlifted the victim to Savannah Memorial Hospital in critical condition where he later succumbed to his injury. 1:14 a.m. – An assault was reported by a motorist in reference to a black male driving a gold Pontiac Grand Prix pointing a handgun at the complainant and then following him as he drove North on Bees Creek Road.

7:00 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 25 mile marker in reference to a white tractor trailer.

9:59 a.m. – Jasper County Deputies responding to a suspicious vehicle at the Arm Oak Baptist Church at 13698 Purrysburgh Road located Anthony Antonio Jerome Pope who was found to be listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center where Ridgeland Officers served two outstanding warrants against him. Pope’s charges stemmed from a January 13th 2016 traffic stop at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street where he was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, operating uninsured & driving with an expired registration. He was later found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on January 25th and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in two warrants being issued for his arrest.

10:30 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 12 mile marker in reference to a tan Hyundai passenger car.

11:45 a.m. – An animal complaint was filed in reference to several dogs running loose in the Oakridge Trailer Park community on North Green Street.

1:27 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Beaufort County Detention Center at 100 Ribaut Road in Beaufort where inmate Brandi Marsha Hayward was turned over to their custody and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant issued by the Ridgeland Police Department. Hayward’s charges stemmed from a June 30th 2015 assault at the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive where she was provided a refund for her room following a verbal altercation with staff members and told to leave the property. She then struck the clerk and began shouting obscenities in the parking lot area as responding Officers arrived resulting in her being placed under arrest under the charge of assault & battery 3rd. She was later found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on July 20th 2015 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which she failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.

3:17 p.m. – A black male was reportedly striking a black female in a gray passenger car traveling North on West Frontage Road between Ridgeland and Point South.

6:00 p.m. – An assault was reported at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street in reference to a black male threatening the caller with a baseball bat allegedly stemming from a sexual assault investigation in Beaufort County. The complainant, Marquis Dejour Griffin 20 of Ridgeland SC, refused to meet with responding Officers due to being listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department stemming from a January 6th 2016 shoplifting incident at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street where he was captured on surveillance video stealing store items. He was arrested for the charge on February 17th 2016 and later found guilty in Ridgeland Municipal Court on March 28th during a trial in absence after failing to appear resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest. He is also listed as a wanted person by the Beaufort City Police Department in reference to an additional failure to appear misdemeanor warrant issued in that jurisdiction. He was soon after spotted walking on East Wilson Street between the DSS Offices and the Pratt Memorial Library where he refused to comply with Officers’ verbal commands and immediately fled the area on foot running Northwest towards Highway 17.

6:13 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the Plantation Inn Motel at 11433 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a tenant’s vehicle parking in front of the complainant’s door.

6:55 p.m. – A property damage report was filed at the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after a dispute between a 30 year old female and her 24 year old boyfriend ended with the male breaking the victim’s car windshield and stealing her phone. The victim declined pursuing charges in the matter.

8:33 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 14 mile marker in reference to a silver sedan traveling without headlights in operation.

8:38 p.m. – A black Honda Accord was struck by a tan Mercedes which then fled the area without reporting the collision in the parking lot of the Wendys Restaurant at 8480 Grahamville Road. No injuries were reported.

APRIL 29, 2016

12:58 a.m. – A civil dispute between a tenant and Management was reported at the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive in reference to the condition of the rented room.

12:59 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

2:15 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue after a 911 call from a child was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

2:18 a.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive in reference to a tenant’s debit card being declined.

4:01 a.m. – A suspicious black female was reported at the Pizza Bella Restaurant at 8196 East Main Street.

7:24 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 913 Grays Highway.

7:28 a.m. – A Honda Accord and a Dodge Charger were involved in a collision in front of the Ridgeland High School at 250 Jaguar Trail. One occupant was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

8:41 a.m. – A property damage report was filed at a vacant residence on Beach Street after the front door was found to have been forced open.

9:05 a.m. – A black female was reportedly walking South on I-95 beside the Northbound lanes at the exit 22 interchange. Responding Officers escorted the subject to the McDonalds Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road.

9:17 a.m. – A Dodge Charger and a Ford pickup towing a trailer were involved in a collision on West Main Street. No injuries were reported.

10:18 a.m. – Two suspicious black males were reported at the intersection of East Adams Street and South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

11:44 a.m. – Nathaniel Burrison was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center after being found grossly intoxicated and passed out lying by the roadway at the intersection of West Main and North Jasper Street.

12:00 p.m. – Two white females and a black male were reportedly arguing in the parking lot of The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

12:22 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 25 mile marker in reference to a white van.

1:03 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a silver Dodge pickup.

1:18 p.m. – A red Ford Focus was stopped for displaying a hand made tag at the intersection of North Logan and East Main Street where driver Wilson Thomas Williams was found to be operating without a driver’s license and with no valid insurance coverage on the vehicle. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Scott’s Automotive took possession of the vehicle.

2:04 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a black male carrying a handgun at The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where Devante Dontrez Frost, 19 of Pineland SC, was placed on trespass notice for the business property as well as The Palms Motel at Management’s request. No weapons were discovered.

2:57 p.m. – A white Ford Mustang was stopped for a suspended tag violation at the intersection of East Adams Street and South Jacob Smart Boulevard where driver Sandy Marie Smith, 49 of Ridgeland SC, was found to be operating with no valid insurance coverage on the vehicle. She was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date as A-1 Towing took possession of the vehicle.

7:37 p.m. – A white Ford F150 pickup was stopped for speeding as well as an expired tag violation on I-95 South around the 19 mile marker where driver Jose Garcia was found to be operating without a driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Blatchley’s Towing took possession of the vehicle.

7:58 p.m. – Alexis Marie Deason was placed under arrest on West Main Street near the Green Street intersection and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant issued against her by the South Carolina Department of Probation & Parole stemming from a previous felony narcotics conviction.

8:22 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 8569 Grahamville Road.

9:04 p.m. – An armed robbery was reported on West Adams Street near the Sisters Ferry Road intersection after two black males on bicycles stole an undisclosed amount of cash from two Hispanic male juveniles walking in the area. Responding Officers spotted the suspects fleeing the area on South Green Street at which time a foot pursuit ensued. One of the suspects was apprehended in a wooded area beside The Outpost Clothing Store at 10535 South Jacob Smart Boulevard and found to be a 15 year old juvenile. He was later transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice Detention Facility in Columbia as a juvenile petition was filed against his co-defendant.

10:27 p.m. – Three Hispanic males were reportedly fighting in the Oakridge Trailer Park community on North Green Street.

11:23 p.m. – A loitering complaint was reported at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to numerous subjects standing around and drinking in the parking lot area.

11:55 p.m. – An alleged hit and run vehicle collision was reported in the Oakridge Trailer Park community on North Green. Responding Officers discovered no evidence of any such event.

11:59 p.m. – A counterfeit bill was received by the on duty clerk at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street.

APRIL 28, 2016

7:24 a.m. – A trespassing complaint was filed at the Pratt Memorial Library at 451 East Wilson Street after Jarvis Dwayne Polite was found sleeping inside of the Bookmobile vehicle in the parking lot. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

10:05 a.m. – A black Chrysler 200 was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 16 mile marker where driver Elizabeth Enid Mendez, 21 of Jacksonville NC, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. She was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

10:12 a.m. – A theft was reported at a residence on Colony Drive in the Bees Creek Plantation community after a homeowner discovered that several items had been stolen from his white Chevy pickup after being left unlocked in the driveway during the overnight hours.

12:23 p.m. – A Toro lawn mower and a pressure washer were reportedly stolen out of the carport area of a residence on West Adams Street.

1:59 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Eleanor Avenue.

2:57 p.m. – An incorrigible juvenile was reported at the Ridgeland Alternative School at 456 Grays Highway after a 13 year old male juvenile student refused to get on the school bus.

6:28 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted South Carolina Highway Patrol during a traffic stop involving a green Mercury Grand Marquis at the Gretsch Manufacturing Facility at 248 Grays Highway after the black male driver fled from the area on foot running towards a wooded area behind the Ridgeland Alternative School.

7:47 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed on Highway 278 near the Green Street intersection in reference to two white male juveniles reportedly cursing at the complainant.

APRIL 27, 2016

12:08 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Highway 462 at the Snake Road intersection in reference to an older model black sedan traveling West towards Ridgeland.

3:48 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a white Kenworth tractor trailer traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

8:47 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 913 Grays Highway.

10:10 a.m. – A property damage report was filed in reference to the railroad crossing arms at the intersection of West Main Street and South Railroad Avenue.

1:37 p.m. – Two suspicious white males were reported behind the Faith Baptist Church at 1610 Grays Highway.

1:44 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge community.

5:41 p.m. – A black male driving a tan Buick LeSabre was reportedly asking customers and passers by for money in the parking lot of the Burger King Restaurant at 8257 East Main Street.

5:57 p.m. – A silver Ford Mustang was stopped for speeding 80 mph in a 35 mph zone in the parking lot of the Short Stop BP Station at 10728 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where driver Malik Jamal Bostick was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Hook Ups Towing took possession of the vehicle.

8:30 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at the Ridgeland Coin Laundry at 10246 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a verbal dispute between a patron and employee.

9:06 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street after a tenant became locked in a bathroom and was unable to open the door due to a lock malfunction.

10:04 p.m. – A property damage report was filed at Ridge Point Apartments at 669 North Green Street after a black male slashed one of the complainant’s vehicle tires in the parking lot area.

APRIL 26, 2016

12:13 a.m. – A suspicious white male was reported at the ATV Warehouse at 8167 East Main Street.

10:34 a.m. – A shoplifting was reported at the Main Street Pharmacy at 7752 West Main Street after a black female was captured on surveillance video stealing store items. She then left the property driving a blue Ford Taurus when confronted by Management. Footage is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges. 1:41 p.m. – Nathaniel Burrison, 56 of Ridgeland SC, was found intoxicated and passed out lying by the roadside at the intersection of West Main and North Jasper Street. An acquaintance of his arrived on scene and transported him to his home on Preschool Road.

2:48 p.m. – A reckless driver report was filed on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker in reference to two tractor trailers.

3:16 p.m. – A civil complaint was reported at a residence on Oakridge South in the Oakridge Trailer Park community in reference to a suspicious email.

4:43 p.m. – A civil dispute was filed at the ATV Warehouse at 8167 East Main Street in reference to repairs not being made on a recent purchase.

6:24 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the State Farm Insurance Office at 10840 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

6:30 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street after the ex-boyfriend of an employee came to the business causing issued with the complainant while she was working.

8:40 p.m. – A trespassing was reported at a vacant residence on East Main Street after a realtor discovered an open door and an assortment of clothing inside of the home. No persons were found in or around the property.

10:01 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Star Point BP Station at 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

11:21 p.m. – A female driver backed into a legally parked and unoccupied pickup in the parking lot of The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. Both vehicle owners declined filing a collision report.

APRIL 25, 2016

7:05 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 22 mile marker in reference to a white Chevy pickup.

10:33 a.m. – An unoccupied Cadillac Escalade was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked outside of Ridgeland Municipal Court at 1 Town Square.

11:21 a.m. – A suspicious person was reported at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 8225 East Main Street in reference to a black male driving a silver Chevy Impala.

1:47 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a Mother and her 17 year old son was reported at the DSS Office at 10908 North Jacob Smart Boulevard. A separate dispute involving the same parties was later reported at 3:15 p.m. at a residence on Oakridge South in the Oakridge Trailer Park community.

3:10 p.m. – A suspicious white male was reported at the Pratt Memorial Library at 451 East Wilson Street.

4:48 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a black Honda traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

11:12 p.m. – A report of underage drinking was filed in reference to subjects allegedly parked outside of the Ridgeland High School at 456 Grays Highway.

11:14 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a white GMC pickup.

11:51 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at a residence on Woods Court in reference to a barking dog at a neighboring home.

APRIL 24, 2016

1:26 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Ridgeland Correctional Institution at 5 Correctional Road in reference to a dark colored Ford Fusion.

1:44 a.m. – A suspicious white female was reported at Woodridge Apartments at 414 South Logan Street.

2:09 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Ridgeland High School football field parking area at 456 Grays Highway in reference to a white Toyota Corolla. Responding Officers discovered a 15 year old male and a 15 year old female inside of the vehicle, both of whom claimed to have permission from their parents to be there. Both were returned to their separate homes and released to the custody of their parents. The male subject’s Father stated that the juvenile had taken the Toyota Corolla and left the home without permission resulting in a petition being filed under the charge of incorrigible juvenile to be forwarded to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

3:03 a.m. – A gray Jeep Cherokee and a red Chevy Sonic were involved in a collision in front of Club Pluto at 8812 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. The driver of the Jeep was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

10:03 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker in reference to a black Toyota Avalon.

2:14 p.m. – A gray Ford 500 pickup was stopped in the parking lot of R&M Small Engine Repair at 11211 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after Officers spotted it being operated without a license plate. Driver Laquarta P. White, 46 of Ridgeland SC, was ultimately cited and assigned a court date for the offense as well as operating uninsured as the vehicle was removed from the area by J&M Towing.

3:47 p.m. – Officers responded to The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a female caller stating that a 10 year old male juvenile left in her care had been taken from her Aunt’s residence at Baytree Apartments by his Father without her permission.

4:28 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a female in a gray Chevy pickup in the parking lot of the Bobops Convenience Store at 8548 Grahamville Road in reference to a possible narcotics overdose. The subject was ultimately transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for evaluation and treatment.

4:49 p.m. – A gold Honda Civic and a black Nissan Titan pickup were involved in a collision in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road. No injuries were reported.

5:42 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 16 mile marker in reference to a silver Volkswagen.

8:36 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on East Wilson Street.

9:53 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Shadetree Street after an open door was discovered by a concerned neighbor.

APRIL 23, 2016

2:14 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Ridgeland High School baseball field at 456 Grays Highway in reference to a blue Nissan passenger car. No persons were found on or around the property.

2:16 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed at a residence on Live Oak Farm Road in reference to loud music coming from a neighboring home.

3:15 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a white passenger car traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

4:22 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted South Carolina Highway Patrol during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 17 and Smiths Crossing where driver Roberto Miranda-Roman, 34 of Ridgeland SC, was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center under the charges of driving under the influence, no driver’s license & open container.

5:39 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at The Palms Motel at 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard after two 911 hang up calls were received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

5:56 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to a domestic disturbance between a female complainant and her estranged husband at a residence on Live Oak Drive.

11:09 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a red Ford pickup traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

12:10 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a white tractor trailer.

1:47 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge community after a 911 hang up call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

6:04 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported at Scott’s Automotive at 495 South Green Street in reference to a white male on the property after business hours.

7:16 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at The Palms Motel at 10735 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to loud music being played on a car stereo of a white Ford Crown Victoria. A second report of the same subject was received at 8:15 p.m.

7:30 p.m. – A report of a subject throwing bottles and playing loud music on a car stereo was filed at The Forrest Motel at 10504 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

7:40 p.m. – A suspicious black male was reported at the intersection of West Langford and South Green Street.

8:07 p.m. – Four suspicious black males in a gray Toyota mini van were reported at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 8225 East Main Street.

8:25 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street in reference to a male and a female arguing in the parking lot area. Responding Officers observed Freddie Jamar Scriven to be intoxicated and continuously shouting profanities at which time he was advised that he was under arrest. Scriven then attempted to get into a vehicle stating that he was leaving and refusing to follow verbal commands. He then attempted to strike one of the arresting Officers but was ultimately taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

8:29 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to loud music in the parking lot area.

10:12 p.m. – A possible intoxicated driver was reported in reference to a silver Dodge pickup traveling North on I-95 between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

APRIL 22, 2016

1:53 a.m. – A suspicious white male was reportedly knocking on the door of several residences on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community. Responding Officers located Joseph Smith who was found to be under the influence of alcohol as well as being listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department at which time he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center. Smith’s charges stemmed from a November 14th 2015 traffic stop on North Jacob Smart Boulevard at the North Green Street intersection where he was cited for an equipment violation and driving without a license. He was then found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on December 7th 2015 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

8:25 a.m. – A domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at a residence on Wise Street. Neither party involved wished to pursue charges in the matter and both separated for the remainder of the day of their own accord.

11:18 a.m. – A Ford Explorer towing a camper and a Lincoln SUV were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker. Three persons were transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.
11:54 a.m. – A burgundy Pontiac G6 was reported stolen from a tenant’s room at the Travelodge Motel at 8216 East Main Street after the complainant’s 16 year old son allegedly took the vehicle without permission. Responding Officers soon after spotted the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in front of the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard where the juvenile male driver was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of a loaded sawed off 12 gauge shotgun. The vehicle was returned to the registered owner as the juvenile suspect was transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice Detention Center in Columbia SC. The same juvenile is currently serving a term of probation with the Department of Juvenile Justice stemming from an October 12th 2015 burglary at a residence on South Logan Street where two firearms were stolen. He was arrested for the offense on October 19th 2015 and is also listed as a primary suspect in numerous vehicle break ins and thefts in and around the town limits.

1:47 p.m. – A silver Dodge Dakota pickup and a blue Honda CRV were involved in a collision at the intersection of South Jacob Smart Boulevard and South Green Street. No injuries were reported.

1:49 p.m. – A report of possible child neglect was reported in reference to a local daycare facility. This case is currently under investigation.

4:55 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 14 mile marker in reference to a black pickup towing a camper.

6:05 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Baptist Church at 1448 Grays Highway.

6:27 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Palmetto Veterinary Clinic at 409 South Green Street.

7:03 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted on First Avenue in reference to an activated water pump station alarm.

9:13 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a white tractor trailer traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

10:36 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 27 mile marker in reference to a burgundy pickup.

APRIL 21, 2016

12:28 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of two abandoned children being left at the Ridgeland Coin Laundry at 10246 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. Upon arrival a 4 and a 5 year old were found in the care of the nighttime maintenance employee and were soon after returned to the custody of their Mother who stated that she and a male acquaintance had gotten into an argument upon arrival at the coin laundry resulting in her being forced to leave her children and flee the area in her vehicle out of fear for her safety.

12:47 a.m. – Two children were reportedly walking un-escorted in front of Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street.

7:57 a.m. – A report of possible animal neglect was reported in reference to a malnourished dog at a North Green Street residence.

7:57 a.m. – A stray white Husky was reported on Old House Road at the Honey Hill Plantation intersection.

8:49 a.m. – A report of illegal drug activity was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

11:02 a.m. – An assault was reported at a residence at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street in reference to the complainant’s 31 year old son allegedly being dragged on the roadway during an earlier incident on Glover Road. The victim refused to provide any further information.

11:29 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Azalea Avenue.

3:26 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a garbage collection truck traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

5:09 p.m. – A verbal domestic dispute between two brothers was reported at the Econo Lodge Motel at 511 James Taylor Drive.

6:05 p.m. – A Ford pickup and a Toyota Corolla were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker. No injuries were reported.

7:11 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Clarendon County Detention Center at 320 East Boyce Street in Manning SC where inmate Michael Douglas Tyson was turned over to their custody and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant issued by the Ridgeland Police Department. Tyson’s charges stemmed from a February 24th 2016 traffic stop on I-95 North where he was cited after being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He then failed to appear in Ridgeland Municipal Court to answer to the charge on March 7th 2016 where he was found guilty during a trial in absence and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

8:13 p.m. – A white male was reportedly asking customers and passers by for money in the parking lot of the Star Point BP Station at 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

9:13 p.m. – A dispute between a male and a female was reported at a residence on West Adams Street.

10:31 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a Mother and Daughter was reported outside of a residence on East Wilson Street. Responding Officers discovered one of the parties involved, Angela Michelle Brown-Mendoza, to be highly intoxicated and shouting obscenities in the roadway resulting in her ultimately being placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center.

APRIL 20, 2016

12:07 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported on East Langford Street in reference to a silver Honda Civic.

12:52 a.m. – Two reports of gunshots being fired were filed in the area of Wise Street and East Woodlawn.

1:11 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on North Railroad Avenue.

2:07 a.m. – Patrol Officers discovered an open gate at the Ridgeland High School baseball field at 456 Grays Highway. No persons or vehicles were found on the property.

9:25 a.m. – A property damage report was filed at the Blue Heron Nature Trail in reference to several tree lights being destroyed sometime during the overnight hours.

9:31 a.m. – A complaint was filed in reference to people riding 4 wheelers and littering a walking path connecting McCormack Avenue to Shadetree Street.

9:38 a.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence at Heron Crossing Apartments at 313 Heron Crossing Drive in reference to unwanted text messages.

10:26 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the Al Cannon Detention Center at 3841 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston SC where inmate Stephen Dexter Youmans was turned over to their custody and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant issued by the Ridgeland Police Department. Youmans’ charges stemmed from an April 8th 2015 shoplifting report filed at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street where he was captured on surveillance video stealing store items on April 6th and 8th resulting in two warrants being issued for his arrest. He was then arrested under the charges during an April 12th 2015 traffic stop by the Hardeeville Police Department at the Wal-Mart Store at 232 Nickel Plate Road in Hardeeville. He was later found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on April 27th 2015 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the Court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

10:41 a.m. – A report of illegal drug activity was filed on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community.

11:52 a.m. – Jasper County Deputies responded to the Wal-Mart Store at 232 Nickel Plate Road in Hardeeville where Romoan Elliot Chester had been captured by Management stealing a DVD player. The business declined pursuing charges in the matter, however Chester was found to be listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department in reference to an outstanding warrant at which time he was transported to the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road and turned over to the custody of Ridgeland Officers for transport to the Jasper County Detention Center. Chester’s charges stemmed from a January 27th 2016 shoplifting report filed at the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street where he was captured on surveillance video stealing store items before fleeing the area on foot when confronted by Management.  He was later arrested for the offense on February 18th 2016 by Officers responding to a suspicious person complaint at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.  He was then found guilty of the charges in Ridgeland Municipal Court on March 28th 2016 and placed on a time payment plan to settle the court ordered fines which he failed to comply with resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.

12:27 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported in the parking lot of Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to a green Honda CRV speeding through the area with children present.

3:31 p.m. – An International flatbed tow truck and a Honda mini van were involved in a collision in the parking lot of the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 8225 East Main Street. No injuries were reported.

5:31 p.m. – A South Carolina license plate was reportedly stolen from a 2003 Ford F150 pickup parked outside of an East Adams Street residence sometime during the overnight hours.

APRIL 19, 2016

1:04 a.m. – A report of gunshots being fired was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

3:10 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on North Jacob Smart Boulevard after two 911 hang up calls were received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

3:58 a.m. – An armed robbery was reported at the EZ Stop IV Station at 80 Blue Heron Drive after a white male armed with a handgun stole an undisclosed amount of cash while holding the on duty clerk at gunpoint. The suspect parked the white van he was driving behind the Rite Aid Pharmacy prior to the robbery and was last seen traveling South on I-95. Several armed robberies were reported by surrounding Agencies in Hardeeville SC, Pooler GA, Richmond Hill GA & McIntosh County GA throughout the morning hours involving the same male suspect. Evidence collected at the Ridgeland crime scene has been submitted to the Beaufort County Forensics Laboratory for DNA analysis.

10:35 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street.

10:58 a.m. – A theft was reported at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street after a tenant awoke to find an undisclosed amount of cash had been stolen from her sometime after 10:00 p.m. April 18th by two male acquaintances she allowed to stay with her during the evening hours.

11:55 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on East Main Street in reference to a black Volkswagen Jetta.

1:22 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 12 mile marker in reference to a dark gray pickup.

1:40 p.m. – A suspicious male asking to purchase a firearm was reported at a residence on Firefly Drive.

4:39 p.m. – A loitering complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to subjects consuming alcohol behind one of the complex buildings.

7:28 p.m. – A gray Ford Mustang was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 19 mile marker where driver Artemio Fuentes-Ramirez was found to be operating without a driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as J&M Towing took possession of the vehicle.

APRIL 18, 2016

7:45 a.m. – A black Honda Civic and a silver Hyundai Elantra were involved in a collision on Highway 278 at the Jaguar Trail intersection. Both driver’s were transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

9:03 a.m. – A suspicious white male was reported in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road.

12:54 p.m. – An armed black male was reportedly arguing with another male in the parking lot of The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

4:39 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported in the area of Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to a green Honda CRV.

7:30 p.m. – Janine Nicole Defibaugh turned herself in to Ridgeland Officers at the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to outstanding warrants issued against her by the Ridgeland Police Department. Defibaugh’s charges stemmed from a 2015 DUAC and child endangerment conviction resulting in her being placed on a time payment plan in order to settle the court ordered fines which she failed to comply with resulting in 2 warrants being issued for her arrest. A third charge stemmed from a December 2nd 2015 report at the Check Into Cash Store at 8225 East Main Street where she was captured on surveillance video cashing forged checks stolen from her Grandmother on October 20th 2015.

7:59 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to a report of a shooting incident at a residence on Old Bailey Road after a dispute between two males resulted in Anthony Barry Bolden Jr., 26 of Ridgeland SC, shooting Savon Quincy Scales, 22 of Ridgeland SC, resulting in his death. Bolden then fled the area but turned himself in to Deputies at the Jasper County Detention Center approximately 30 minutes later without incident.

11:13 p.m. – A red GMC Terrain pickup was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 23 mile marker where driver Victoria Denae Short was found to be operating under an expired Delaware driver’s license. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger with Short’s consent.

APRIL 17, 2016

12:31 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge Community after a 911 call was received from the male homeowner’s wife in reference to information that he was at home alone and may wish to do harm to himself. Responding Officers heard a single gunshot from within the residence as they approached but were ultimately able to make contact with the male by telephone who emerged from the home without further incident. He was transported to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for evaluation and later transferred to the Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

11:15 a.m. – A silver Nissan Sentra was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 18 mile marker where driver Michelle Latricia Hamm, 41 of Tampa FL, was found to be operating under a suspended Florida driver’s license stemming from failure to pay traffic ticket violations in addition to being labeled a habitual traffic offender by the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. A check of passenger Carlton Lee Durant’s information revealed him to be listed as a wanted person by the Charleston County SC Sheriff’s Office in reference to an outstanding forgery warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Scott’s Automotive took possession of the vehicle. Michelle Hamm was cited and assigned a court date for speeding and no driver’s license prior to leaving the area.

12:14 p.m. – A larceny was reported at a residence on Grays Highway in reference to an undisclosed amount of cash being stolen from inside of the complainant’s vehicle sometime during the nighttime hours. Information provided revealed that the incident occurred somewhere between Savannah GA and Ridgeland when the victim allowed another subject to drive the vehicle.

1:36 p.m. – A group of juveniles were reportedly going through mailboxes and damaging the contents in the area of Ingram, Newlin and Wiley streets. Responding Officers released the suspects to their parents without further incident.

4:17 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Church of Christ at 112 East Wilson Street.

4:25 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted the Varnville and Yemassee Police Departments engaged in a vehicle pursuit involving a tan Mercury Grand Marquis from the Point South area on I-95 after the driver failed to stop for a speeding violation. The suspect then left the interstate at exit 28 continuing South on West Frontage Road into Ridgeland ultimately coming to a stop in the parking lot of the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard. Driver Tommie Lee Gill Jr., 21 of Allendale SC, then exited the vehicle fleeing the area on foot but was shortly after captured in a large area of standing water. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Hampton County Detention Center under charges of speeding, driving under suspension & failure to stop for blue lights/siren.

4:47 p.m. – Officers traveled to the Jasper County Detention Center at 12008 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to service of an outstanding warrant against inmate Randolph Steven Shuler who had been placed under arrest by Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputies responding to a domestic dispute at a residence on West Frontage Road. Shuler’s outstanding warrant stemmed from a December 21st 2009 traffic stop where he was cited and assigned a court date for defective equipment, driving under suspension and a seatbelt violation. He then failed to appear in Ridgeland Municipal Court on January 25th 2010 to answer to the charges where he was found guilty during a trial in absence and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

APRIL 16, 2016

12:23 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed on Woods Court in reference to a barking dog at a neighboring residence.

3:00 a.m. – A white Honda Accord was stopped for speeding on North Jacob Smart Boulevard at the Captain Bill Road intersection where driver Christopher Kentrell Jones was found to be operating under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license stemming from a previous DUI conviction. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger with Jones’ consent.

3:27 a.m. – A silver Honda CRV was stopped for speeding at the Ridgeland Coin Laundry at 10246 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where passenger Aaron Michale Bullock, 26 of Louisville KY, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was cited for the offense and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

9:14 a.m. – A red Hyundai Accent was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 18 mile marker where driver Darren Edward Barnes was found to be operating without a valid driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger with Barnes’ consent.

9:43 a.m. – An unoccupied Honda Odyssey mini van was struck by an unknown vehicle sometime during the nighttime hours causing minor damage to the passenger side rear bumper in the parking lot of the Quality Inn Motel at 221 James Taylor Drive.

10:06 a.m. – A black iPhone 5 was reported stolen from the Dairy Queen Restaurant at 80 Blue Heron Drive after an employee accidentally left it lying unattended on a table. The incident is said to have occurred at approximately 4:40 p.m. on April 15th with the suspect last seen traveling West on Main Street driving a dark blue Chevy Camaro with a sunroof after leaving the Shell Station located next to the Dairy Queen Restaurant.

12:33 p.m. – A suspicious white male was reportedly lying by the roadside on West Frontage Road.

2:30 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 37 mile marker in reference to a silver Toyota Camry.

3:30 p.m. – A silver bicycle with a red cable lock was reportedly left abandoned in front of a residence on East Adams Street. It was collected by responding Officers and transported to the Ridgeland Police Department pending return to the rightful owner.

4:01 p.m. – A silver Nissan Altima was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 19 mile marker where driver Jennifer N. Darosa, 26 of Weymouth MA, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. She was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

6:18 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Baptist Church at 1448 Grays Highway.

8:01 p.m. – A verbal domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at the Forrest Motel at 10504 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. Both parties agreed to voluntarily separate for the remainder of the night without further incident.

9:08 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Grays Highway around the Russell Street intersection in reference to a black Lexus passenger car operating with no operational brake lights.

10:07 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge Community after an open line 911 call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

10:46 p.m. – A suspicious black Honda Civic was reported in the area of Russell Street and Third Avenue.

APRIL 15, 2016

12:38 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Third Avenue.

7:03 a.m. – A suspicious person report was filed at the La Economica Store at 10822 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to two male subjects allegedly witnessed fleeing from the rear of the business several hours prior to being reported.

8:17 a.m. – A gray Honda Accord was involved in a single vehicle collision on Old House Road at Good Hope Plantation after the driver lost control and struck a tree. Both the female driver, 41 of Fairfax SC and her male passenger, 50 of Hardeeville SC, were extricated from the wreckage by responding emergency personnel before being airlifted to Savannah Memorial Hospital for treatment.

10:07 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 913 Grays Highway.

11:28 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 13 mile marker in reference to a red and white tractor trailer.

9:21 p.m. – A suspicious Hispanic male was reported in the parking lot area of the EZ Stop IV Station at 80 Blue Heron Drive.

11:57 p.m. – A group of males were reportedly shouting obscenities on East Adams Street behind the 21 Center.

APRIL 14, 2016

1:21 a.m. – Three subjects in a blue Hyundai Elantra arrived at the Boat & RV Megastore at 401 Sycamore Drive in reference to picking up a moped that had been left at the business at an earlier time. The on duty Security Officer advised the subjects that no one was allowed on the business property after hours and that they would have to leave immediately upon retrieving the moped. Two of the subjects complied, however the driver of the Elantra parked the vehicle and fell asleep behind the wheel. Responding Ridgeland Officers then woke the subject, James Charles Hummel who was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Webster’s Towing took possession of the vehicle.

8:56 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 913 Grays Highway.

9:26 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker in reference to a bobtail semi truck.

10:48 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 22 mile marker in reference to a white Toyota Tacoma pickup.

12:24 p.m. – A black male driving a white Ford Explorer with an altered temporary tag and cracked windshield fled from Officers attempting to conduct a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Star Point BP Station at 11211 North Jacob Smart Boulevard. The pursuit traveled East on Captain Bill Road and then North on Bees Creek Road ultimately turning onto Crabapple Lane. Surveillance footage is being reviewed for suspect identification and pending charges.

5:22 p.m. – A silver Hyundai Sonata was stopped for an improper lane change violation in the parking lot of the Shell Station at 8309 East Main Street where passenger Joe Detrell Gause, 23 of Loris SC, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was cited for the offense and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

APRIL 13, 2016

12:02 a.m. – A 14 year old male was reported missing from a residence on Wiley Street after failing to return home before dark. The juvenile was located a short time later by his Mother without incident.

8:40 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Grays Highway.

11:02 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a vacant residence on Beach Street after an open front door was discovered.

12:30 p.m. – Deevyon Jermaine Malik-Smalls was placed under arrest at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding warrant issued by the Ridgeland Police Department. Smalls’ charges stemmed from an April 9th 2016 domestic dispute at the same residence where he struck a 66 year old disabled male family member several times before leaving the area on foot prior to Law Enforcement arrival.

1:13 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Check Into Cash Store at 8225 East Main Street after a black male armed with a handgun stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the business before fleeing the area on foot last seen heading North through the parking lot area. 8:13 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 30 mile marker in reference to a tractor trailer operating without headlights.

11:03 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 28 mile marker in reference to a motor home swerving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed.

APRIL 12, 2016

11:15 a.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the Boat & RV Megastore at 401 Sycamore Drive in reference to a vehicle title stemming from a previous purchase.

12:44 p.m. – An intoxicated Hispanic male was reported in the parking lot of Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street.

2:58 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue after a 911 hang up call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services. Responding Officers discovered a verbal domestic dispute between a male and a female resulting in Leshawn Lamont Stevenson, 26 of Ridgeland SC, being placed on trespass notice for the Baytree property.

4:09 p.m. – A Ford SUV and a Suzuki passenger car were involved in a collision at the intersection of North Jacob Smart Boulevard and Wilson Street. No injuries were reported.

5:24 p.m. – A reckless driver report was filed on Cherry Hill Road in reference to a blue Buick and a white Nissan.

5:50 p.m. – A domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported in the parking lot of Dot’s Red Dot Beverage Store at 163 South Green Street.

6:54 p.m. – A suspicious person report was filed at the Ridgeland Family Dentistry Office at 10832 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

10:19 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported at the Dollar General Store at 8123 East Main Street.

11:52 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Bobops Convenience Store at 8548 Grahamville Road.

APRIL 11, 2016

7:04 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker in reference to a Family Dollar tractor trailer.

7:15 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on North Green Street.

10:31 a.m. – A larceny was reported at Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street in reference to a black female leaving the business property with a grocery cart walking West towards Logan Street.

10:47 a.m. – A disturbance was reported at the Jasper County Board of Disabilities Office at 1512 Grays Highway after a 22 year old male client became aggressive and threatening towards staff members. A commitment order was issued by the Jasper County Probate Court resulting in Ridgeland Officers transporting the male to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for evaluation.

12:26 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the El Cheapo Station at 11033 North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to non-payment of an outstanding bill.

12:40 p.m. – A black BMW passenger car was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 20 mile marker where driver Frank James Long, 39 of Atlantic Beach FL, was found to be operating without a valid driver’s license or insurance coverage on the vehicle. He was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to J&M Towing the vehicle from the area.

2:34 p.m. – A property damage report was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to a broken window on the rear of a residence. The outer pane of the window was found to have been broken by an unknown source with the inner pane remaining intact.

2:43 p.m. – A white Buick LeSabre was stopped for speeding on Cherry Hill Road where driver Alvin Devon Fields, 30 of Ridgeland SC, was found to be listed as a wanted person by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office in reference to an outstanding Family Court bench warrant. He was turned over to the custody of responding Deputies for transport to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed relative with Fields’ permission.

4:43 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers transported a 32 year old female from Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville to Palmetto Behavioral Health in North Charleston for evaluation and treatment in reference to an April 9th incident at the Travelodge Motel at 8216 East Main Street.

APRIL 10, 2016

1:50 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the intersection of Smith’s Crossing and Haphazard Road in reference to a dark colored SUV stopped in the middle of the roadway.

2:25 a.m. – A green Chevy Tahoe was stopped for speeding and failure to dim headlights to oncoming traffic in front of the Ridgeland Farmer’s Market at 9935 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where driver Robert Mack Jr. was found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol. A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded Hi-Point 9mm and a loaded Rohm 38 caliber handgun as well as an open bottle of liquor concealed under the center console at which time Mack and passenger Charles Lamont Stevenson, both convicted felons prohibited by federal law from possessing firearms or ammunition, were advised that they were under arrest. Robert Mack resisted Officers in an effort to avoid arrest but was ultimately taken into custody without further incident resulting in an additional charge. Both suspects were transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Blatchley’s Towing took possession of the vehicle.

4:02 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 17 mile marker in reference to a blue pickup.

11:57 a.m. – A theft was reported at a residence on Bees Creek Road in reference to an earlier unreported incident that occurred in the Mitchellville Community involving a male acquaintance allegedly taking money and a cell phone from the female complainant.

12:14 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted on a 16 year old male pedestrian at the intersection of First Avenue and Great Swamp Road after he was involved in an alleged fight in the Great Swamp area causing injury to his hand. The juvenile was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment as the case was turned over to responding Jasper County Deputies for further investigation.

12:35 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to a trespassing complaint at a residence on Captain Bill Road.

8:00 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported at the Advance Auto Parts Store at 10424 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to a white female driving a silver Jeep.

10:42 p.m. – A 14 year old female juvenile was reported missing from The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard after failing to return from visiting relatives at the Travelodge Motel at 8216 East Main Street. The subject was entered into NCIC as missing however returned home approximately 1 hour later refusing to provide any information on her whereabouts or reasons. A juvenile petition was filed under the charge of incorrigible juvenile to be turned over to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

3:23 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 in reference to a blue Chevy Camaro traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

9:00 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on North Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to an out of state relative being concerned for the mental state of the 31 year old female tenant stemming from prolonged drug abuse.

9:02 a.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to unwanted telephone calls.

10:18 a.m. – A white Lincoln Town Car allegedly struck a piece of road debris on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker causing the object to strike the windshield of a white GMC Yukon traveling behind. No injuries were reported.

11:15 a.m. – A black Chrysler Sebring and a silver Dodge Journey were involved in a collision on East Main Street around the Wilson Street intersection. Both drivers were transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for treatment.

11:41 a.m. – A domestic dispute between a 66 year old disabled male complainant and his grandson was reported at a residence on Sailfish Circle in the Carters Mill Estates Community ending with the younger male striking the victim several times before leaving the area on foot prior to Law Enforcement arrival. An affidavit has been filed against Deevyon Jermaine Maliik-Smalls, 19 of Ridgeland SC, charging him with assault & battery 3rd.

12:45 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 28 mile marker in reference to a yellow and white Estes tractor trailer.

1:40 p.m. – A gray Chevy Equinox and a black Mazda 5 were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 22 mile marker. No injuries were reported.

3:45 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at the Travelodge Motel at 8216 East Main Street in reference to an out of state relative being concerned for the safety of a 32 year old female driving North from Florida. At 7:49 p.m. Officers were dispatched a second time to the same location at which time the female was transported by EMS to Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville for analysis.

4:40 p.m. – A larceny was reported at a residence on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community in reference to an undisclosed amount of cash being stolen from the home. Brandi Lynn Cruz, 29 of Ridgeland SC, is being sought for questioning in the matter.

4:54 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to a domestic dispute at a residence on Ashton Place in reference to a male subject dragging a 16 year old female through the home by her hair after being told to leave the property. The suspect initially locked himself inside of a bedroom refusing to comply upon the initial Officer’s arrival but ultimately exited of his own accord without incident. José Padilla, 22 of Ridgeland SC, was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center by Deputies under the charge of assault & battery 3rd.

6:21 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 456 Grays Highway.

7:41 p.m. – A gray Nissan Sentra was stopped for speeding on I-95 South around the 16 mile marker where driver Jawaan Montel Carroll was found to be operating under a suspended Maryland driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger with Carroll’s permission.

9:04 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to loud music and loitering in the parking lot area.

9:24 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Bailey Lane.

9:49 p.m. – A black Mercedes and a white BMW 328i were reportedly involved in a collision at an East Main Street business. Both parties left the area without reporting the collision and later gave conflicting accounts of where it occurred. No injuries were reported.

11:59 p.m. – A suspicious person report was filed at Heron Crossing Apartments at 72 Heron Crossing Drive in reference to four allegedly armed men in the parking lot area.

12:52 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies at Club Pluto at 8812 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where bar patron Tony Terill Singleton, 37 of Ridgeland SC, was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center in reference to an outstanding misdemeanor failure to appear warrant issued by the Sheriff’s Office.

9:18 a.m. – A disturbance was reported at a residence on Hagin Drive in reference to a dispute between Jasper County Board of Disabilities staff members and a 22 year old male client.

3:22 p.m. – A black Mercury Mountaineer and a green Ford F150 pickup were involved in a collision at the El Cheapo Station at 11033 North Jacob Smart Boulevard. No injuries were reported.

3:31 p.m. – A large group of motorcycles were reportedly impeding traffic flow on I-95 South around the 33 mile marker.

4:03 p.m. – A larceny was reported at Logan Lane Apartments at 544 South Logan Street after a male subject took the victim’s iPhone without permission on yesterday’s date. The 21 year old male was soon after located in the parking lot of the KFC Restaurant at 8146 East Main Street where he was found to be uncooperative with Law Enforcement. Charges are pending return of the cell phone to the complainant.

5:52 p.m. – A green Ford F150 towing a trailer and a gray Ford Focus were involved in a collision at the intersection of Grays Highway and Airport Road. No injuries were reported.

5:53 p.m. – An undisclosed amount of cash was reported stolen from a white Chevy K2500 pickup sometime during the overnight hours after being left unlocked outside of a residence on Oak Plantation Drive in the Oak Plantation Commons Community.

5:55 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to loud music.

9:04 p.m. – An intoxicated subject was reported in the parking lot of Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

10:23 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a tractor trailer.

11:21 p.m. – A white Ford F150 pickup was stopped for several moving violations on West Main Street at the Sister’s Ferry Road intersection where driver Javier Gomez was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol and without a valid driver’s license with several young children inside of the vehicle with him. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Elite Towing took possession of the vehicle. The children were returned to a family member without incident.

APRIL 7, 2016

1:37 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers and Jasper County Deputies arrested Dondré Leonard Fields and Derrick Marquell Edwards in reference to outstanding warrants acting on a tip that they were inside of a residence at 980 East Wilson Street. Fields was listed as a wanted person by the Sheriff’s Office for a General Sessions felony failure to appear warrant and the Ridgeland Police Department for outstanding kidnapping and first degree burglary charges stemming from a November 9th 2015 incident at the Carolina Lodge Motel at 8260 East Main Street where he used a dumbbell to force entry into the door of the Manager’s home at 5:31 a.m. He then held the homeowner at gunpoint demanding money before tearing the telephone from the wall in an effort to prevent the victims from calling for help and then fled the area on foot. Surveillance video and other evidence collected at the scene and surrounding areas ultimately identified Fields as the person who committed the crimes at which time two warrants were issued for his arrest. His home at 980 East Wilson Street was searched with the homeowner’s consent in late November following the warrants being issued and the persons residing there were made aware that he was a wanted fugitive in reference to the recent burglary. Derrick Edwards’ charges stemmed from a July 5th 2014 driver safety checkpoint at the intersection of Smith’s Crossing and Mitchellville Road where he was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of a stolen handgun. He then failed to appear in Ridgeland Municipal Court to answer to the marijuana charge on August 25th 2014 where he was found guilty during a trial in absence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. A second warrant stemmed from a January 12th 2016 traffic stop on Highway 462 where he was arrested and charged for driving under suspension and simple possession of marijuana which he again failed to answer to in Ridgeland Municipal Court on February 1st resulting in a guilty verdict during a trial in absence and a warrant being issued for his arrest.

9:43 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Ridgeland Boys & Girls Club at 456 Grays Highway.

2:30 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 21 mile marker in reference to a green Ford Expedition.

3:23 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 22 mile marker in reference to a white tractor trailer.

4:11 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at the Jasper Animal Rescue Mission at 1352 Carters Mill Road in reference to a male subject having a verbal dispute with staff members.

5:14 p.m. – A civil complaint was reported at J&M Auto at 159 South Green Street in reference to a recent vehicle purchase.

7:18 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Seventh Day Adventist Church at 8569 Grahamville Road.

8:27 p.m. – A black Toyota passenger car was stopped for speeding on I-95 North around the 21 mile marker where driver Jessica H. Bowman, 25 of Stroudsburg PA, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. She was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

9:07 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies conducting a traffic stop on a white Chevy Tahoe on East Main Street at the I-95 interchange where driver Dwayne Rayshawn Johnson, 19 of Ridgeland SC, was arrested and charged after being found in possession of a Smith & Wesson 38 caliber handgun as passenger Jaquan Lamont Chaplin, 20 of Ridgeland SC, was arrested and charged after being found in possession of a quantity of marijuana and passenger Jar’Quest Fields was arrested and charged after being found in possession of an open container of beer. Fields faced an additional charge of assault & battery 3rd in reference to an outstanding warrant issued against him by the Ridgeland Police Department stemming from a March 29th 2016 incident at the Advance Auto Parts Store at 10424 South Jacob Smart Boulevard where he struck and threatened his Stepfather during a verbal dispute before leaving the area prior to Law Enforcement arrival. All three suspects were transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Little T’s Towing took possession of the vehicle.

10:15 p.m. – A harassment was reported at Ned’s Pub & Grub at 11090 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after a bar patron was told by another that he was not allowed inside of the business.

1:19 a.m. – A suspicious person was reported at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge Community after the homeowner, responding to a suspicious noise outside, witnessed a black male tampering with vehicles in the driveway. The suspect immediately fled the area on foot running towards Smith’s Crossing.

8:02 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Eleanor Avenue.

9:25 a.m. – A verbal domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at a residence on Bees Creek Road.

2:28 p.m. – A breach of trust report was filed at the Burger King Restaurant at 8257 East Main Street in reference to missing bank deposits.

3:02 p.m. – A GMC Sierra pickup and a Jeep Grand Cherokee were involved in a collision on Cherry Hill Road. No injuries were reported.

6:12 p.m. – A harassment complaint was filed at a residence on Bailey Mill Road in reference to an incident that occurred on First Avenue with a male suspect allegedly attempting to run the complainant off of the roadway following a verbal dispute.

7:55 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 22 mile marker in reference to a gold BMW.

8:23 p.m. – A white Chrysler 200 was stopped for speeding on I-95 South at the exit 22 interchange where driver Jermaine Alphonso Higgins was found to be operating under a revoked New York driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed passenger with Higgins’ permission.

9:13 p.m. – A verbal domestic dispute between a male and a female was reported at a residence at Heron Crossing Apartments at 72 Heron Crossing Drive.

12:36 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted Jasper County Deputies in responding to an assault at a residence on Rice Shire Road after a white male struck the 77 year old male and 73 year old female homeowners during a verbal dispute over unauthorized repairs done to the property. The suspect left the area driving a black GMC pickup prior to Law Enforcement arrival.

2:19 p.m. – A suspicious black male was reported at the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store at 10847 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

2:58 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Econo Lodge Motel at 511 James Taylor Drive in reference to a black Mitsubishi Montero Sport.

4:05 p.m. – A tan Chevy Sportvan was stopped for a tag violation at the intersection of Highway 17 and Smith’s Crossing where driver Andre Jones was found to be operating with no valid insurance coverage. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as J&M Towing took possession of the vehicle.

7:40 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Euhaw Baptist Church at 2576 Bees Creek Road where an open door was discovered. No persons were found inside and there were no signs of forced entry. The building was secured prior to the Officer’s departure.

8:25 p.m. – A report of illegal drug activity was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

12:07 a.m. – A silver 2003 Honda Accord was stolen from the parking lot of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street by two black males after the driver left the vehicle running and unattended while inside the store. The vehicle was later found abandoned by the Savannah-Chatham Metro Police Department at approximately 7:00 p.m.

11:38 a.m. – A suspicious person was reported at a residence on McTeer Street.

11:43 a.m. – An assault was reported at the Star Point BP Station at 11122 North Jacob Smart Boulevard after a male subject threatened the female complainant over an alleged near collision.

12:52 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Jaudon Street after the complainant was unable to make contact with the female homeowner for an extended period of time.

5:02 p.m. – A stray dog was reported at a residence on North Green Street.

5:29 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Hagin Drive.

5:32 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker in reference to a blue Honda Santa Fe.

5:32 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at the Jaspers Porch Restaurant at 153 James Taylor Drive after a recently terminated employee returned to the business allegedly making threats towards Management. Joshua Thomas Garrison, 32 of Bluffton SC, left the area prior to Law Enforcement arrival but was soon after located at the Econo Lodge Motel where he was placed on trespass notice for the business property of the Jaspers Porch Restaurant at Management’s request.

6:06 p.m. – A green Honda Accord was stopped at the intersection of North Green and Malphrus Street after a check of the tag displayed showed it to be registered to a 1995 Lincoln Continental. Driver Zachariah Tremayne Pinckney was found to be operating with no valid insurance coverage as well as under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license stemming from failure to pay traffic ticket violations at which time he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Elite Towing took possession of the vehicle.

8:17 p.m. – A red Pontiac Vibe was stopped for speeding on Grays Highway around the Pine Forest Loop intersection where driver Neil Ryan Floyd, 19 of Early Branch SC, was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana. He was cited for the offenses and assigned a court date prior to leaving the area.

10:53 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue in reference to a male and female involved in a verbal altercation.

12:43 a.m. – Michael Patrick Swift was placed under arrest in the parking lot of the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center after being found intoxicated on the business property.

3:19 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at Scott’s Automotive at 495 South Green Street in reference to a burgundy mini van.

4:13 a.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the KFC Restaurant at 8146 East Main Street in reference to a burgundy Ford SUV.

9:08 a.m. – Officers responded to a residence on South Jasper Street after a 60 year old white male was found unresponsive by a family member having suffered an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound. The victim was declared dead at the scene.

9:50 a.m. – A complaint was filed in reference to a group of 4 wheeler ATV’s being driven on Glover Road.

10:49 a.m. – A baby blue Yeti cooler was reported stolen after being left on a boat at a residence on West Main Street during the overnight hours sometime after 7:00 p.m. April 2nd and today’s date.

11:01 a.m. – An assault was reported at the Burger King Restaurant at 8257 East Main Street in reference to a group of males involved in a verbal dispute with a male employee.

1:35 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on McTeer Street in reference to a black Chevy Corvette.

2:19 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 South around the 34 mile marker in reference to a silver passenger car.

6:09 p.m. – Two subjects were reportedly fighting inside of a black GMC Acadia parked on the side of the road on I-95 South around the 18 mile marker.

6:32 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 8548 Grahamville Road in reference to a missed child custody exchange.

11:28 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on First Avenue between North Jasper Street and Great Swamp Road in reference to a black Chevy Camaro.

1:35 a.m. – A red Suzuki Forenza was involved in a single vehicle collision on I-95 North at the exit 22 interchange where driver Silas Lee Trice was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol as well as under a suspended South Carolina driver’s license and in possession of an open container of liquor. Further investigation revealed him to be listed as a wanted person by the Georgetown SC Sheriff’s Office at which time he was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as J&M Towing took possession of the vehicle.

2:23 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers assisted South Carolina Highway Patrol in responding to a single vehicle collision on I-95 North around the 16 mile marker involving a gold Buick Regal. No injuries were reported.

5:37 a.m. – A trespassing complaint was filed at the Gulf Station at 8250 East Main Street in reference to a male customer refusing to leave the store when ordered by the on duty clerk. The subject left the area of his own accord prior to Law Enforcement arrival.

8:20 a.m. – A silver Ford Mustang was stopped for numerous moving violations on South Jacob Smart Boulevard near the Mango Drive intersection where driver Alison Monegro-Vasquez was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol as well as having an open container of beer in his possession. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as Hook Ups Towing took possession of the vehicle.

9:00 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at the DaVita Dialysis Center at 112 Weathersbee Street after a 911 hang up call was received by Jasper County Emergency Services.

12:12 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Highway 17 at the Kato Bay intersection in reference to a black mini van.

12:28 p.m. – A shooting incident was reported at The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard after a 23 year old black male tenant suffered a self inflicted gunshot wound to his right leg. Information gathered at the scene revealed that the male had been asked to hold a handgun for another male the night before and had been returning it to the same male on today’s date in the wooded area behind the motel bordering Wise Street when he accidentally fired it when removing it from his pocket. The handgun was reportedly then given to the other male subject who immediately left the area walking towards South Logan Street as the victim returned to The Siesta to call 911. The victim refused to cooperate with the investigation and was ultimately placed on trespass notice for The Siesta Motel and The Palms Motel at the Property Manager’s request.

1:07 p.m. – A Ford pickup and a Honda passenger car were involved in a collision in the parking lot of the Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street. No injuries were reported.

1:11 p.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at a residence on Benson Lane.

2:29 p.m. – A suspicious vehicle was reported at the intersection of Highway 17 and Mango Drive in reference to a Chevy Impala.

2:41 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Highway 17 in reference to a white GMC Aviator traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

7:46 p.m. – Two males were reportedly involved in a fight in the parking lot of the Sunoco Station at 11965 North Jacob Smart Boulevard.

9:03 p.m. – A red Ford Expedition was stopped on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community after stopping in the roadway and blocking both lanes of travel. Driver Roberto Duran Scott was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol resulting in him being placed under arrest and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to the registered owner.

10:55 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed at Baytree Apartments at 107 First Avenue.

11:41 p.m. – A legally parked and unoccupied blue Chevy Impala was struck by a white Buick which then departed the area without reporting the collision in the parking lot of the Waffle House Restaurant at 8185 East Main Street. No injuries were reported.

APRIL 1, 2016

12:43 a.m. – A male subject armed with a handgun was reportedly jumping on the hood of a vehicle as the driver was leaving the parking lot of The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard.

1:08 a.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on North Logan Street after an open door was spotted by Patrol Officers.

2:17 a.m. – A noise complaint was filed at The Siesta Motel at 10530 South Jacob Smart Boulevard in reference to several black males being loud in the parking lot area. As responding Officers approached, all subjects immediately fled the area in a blue Ford Crown Victoria. Several open containers of beer and a Ruger 9mm handgun were recovered from the area where they were gathered.

2:20 a.m. – Ridgeland Officers traveled to the intersection of Highway 462 and Salzburg Landing Road where Jasper County Deputies conducting a traffic stop on a gold Honda Accord had detained driver Hayes Polite who was listed as a wanted person by the Ridgeland Police Department. He was turned over to their custody and transported to the Jasper County Detention Center as the vehicle was released to a licensed driver. Polite’s charges stemmed from a February 9th 2007 traffic stop at Harvey’s Grocery Store at 8205 East Main Street where he was arrested and charged with a seatbelt, child restraint & no driver’s license violation. He then failed to appear in Ridgeland Municipal Court on March 26th 2007 to answer to the charges where he was found guilty during a trial in absence and three warrants were issued for his arrest.

4:16 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 18 mile marker in reference to a tractor trailer.

7:26 a.m. – A black Mercedes C240 was turned over to Elite Towing for removal from the area of Highway 17 around the Kato Bay Road intersection after being left unattended.

7:51 a.m. – Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Jasper County Courthouse at 265 Russell Street.

9:22 a.m. – A reckless driver was reported on I-95 North around the 20 mile marker in reference to a blue and white tractor trailer.

12:09 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported at a residence on First Avenue in reference to repairs made on a rental property.

12:10 p.m. – A Ford F350 pickup and a Dodge Caravan were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 22 mile marker. No injuries were reported.

12:13 p.m. – A white Chrysler Town & Country mini van and a red Ford Escape were involved in a collision in front of GJ’s Used Cars at 10074 South Jacob Smart Boulevard. No injuries were reported.

1:30 p.m. – Ridgeland Officers transported a 43 year old black male tenant of the Ridgeland Weekly Rentals at 67 West Woodlawn Street from Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville to the Springbrook Behavioral Health Facility in Travelers Rest, SC.

4:23 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Highway 17 in reference to a white passenger car traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

7:06 p.m. – A welfare check was conducted at a residence on Brandon Cove in the North Ridge Community after the homeowner returned to find an open door. No items were reported missing and there were no signs of forced entry.

8:45 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported at the Rite Aid Pharmacy at 8225 East Main Street in reference to a store refund policy.

8:51 p.m. – A reckless driver was reported on Highway 17 in reference to a white Ford F150 pickup traveling North between Hardeeville and Ridgeland.

9:58 p.m. – A burgundy Dodge Ram 1500 pickup and a white Chrysler 300 were involved in a collision on I-95 North around the 22 mile marker. No injuries were reported.

10:20 p.m. – A noise complaint was filed on Shadetree Street in the Carters Mill Estates Community in reference to loud music being played on a vehicle car stereo.

10:23 p.m. – A white Ford Edge and a white Hyundai Elantra were involved in a collision in the parking lot of the Wendys Restaurant at 8480 Grahamville Road. No injuries were reported.
